EPASSA Requests Meeting with CAMAF

February 18, 2019

It has come to EPASSA’s attention that the Clinical Review Team of CAMAF has been harassing several educational psychologists based on the Clinical Review Team’s incorrect and constructed interpretation of the Scope of Practice of Educational Psychologists. This is occurring despite a letter that EPASSA sent CAMAF on 17 April 2017.  EPASSA has now requested a meeting with CAMAF to get to the bottom of CAMAF’s interpretation of the Scope of Practice for Educational Psychologists, which interpretation contradicts the views of the Educational Psychology Association of South Africa, the South African School Psychologists Association and the Society for Educational Psychology of South Africa (a division of PsySSA).

EPASSA – striving to protect the interests of the profession and the public.
