Breaking news: The Minister of Health has just succeeded in court in extending the 2011 scope of practice by another six months. The SOP was supposed to lapse in a few days. The Court was reportedly sensitive to Relpag and awarded them costs, but nevertheless granted the application to avoid a regulatory vacuum. EPASSA holds by its interpretation of the 2011 scope of practice and how it should be implemented.
